About You

You are a Senior Technology/Engineering Professional with over a decade of experience in defining

solutions for the mining / oil & gas industries and have the ability to originate opportunities.


Key skills and experience include:

Operational knowledge and experience

Understand Mining supply chain and processes

Understand heavy haul rail and transport Operations

Understand Architectural / Engineering stakeholder landscape and processes at key clients

o Understand Operational stakeholders and processes at key clients

• Technical and Project skills

Technical SME in a relevant Operational Technology

Requirements and dependency definition

System Engineering mindset

Familiar with IT and/or Engineering project methodologies

Strong document authoring skills and experience

Familiar with architecture modelling tools and notation

Comfortable working within both agile and waterfall project methodology

• Opportunity Identification and Pre-Sales

Driving and supporting the origination of engineering service opportunities for clients.

Developing and managing win strategies, negotiation plans, and leadership requirements throughout the sales process.

Creating solutions for complex engineering and business challenges, leveraging in depth knowledge of client needs.

Orchestrate and lead the bid/sales process across the entire sales lifecycle, taking accountability for each step

Engaging with clients through proposals, workshops, and commercial discussions, with a proactive, hands-on approach to shaping and closing deals

• Interpersonal skills

Proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders in client and partner organizations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.

Able to communicate clearly

Well-established network within the local market.

Able to navigate large organisations

Provide thought and decision leadership across projects
