About You

You are a Senior Program/ Delivery Lead Professional with over a decade of experience in technology areas for asset intensive industries and have the ability to originate opportunities.

Key skills and experience include:

Leading Engagements

Experience across the project lifecycle across all methodologies, with a particular focus on delivering the required client outcome

Build relationships by engaging with sponsors, stakeholders and senior management as well as with operational teams in the client environment.

Ability to develop, document, articulate and present the business case and value proposition to stakeholders at all business levels

Develop and execute concept of operation and change management plans to ensure sustained operational readiness

Ensure engagement delivers the business outcomes to the satisfaction of the client and therefore develop a sustainable business relationship

Provide quality assurance and delivery assurance across engagement to ensure a referenceable result for the client

Mentor team to develop and achieve the optimised results for the client

Opportunity Identification and Pre-Sales

Driving and supporting the origination of engineering service opportunities for clients.

Developing and managing win strategies, negotiation plans, and leadership requirements throughout the sales process.

Creating solutions for complex engineering and business challenges, leveraging indepth knowledge of client needs.

Orchestrate and lead the bid/sales process across the entire sales lifecycle, taking accountability for each step

Engaging with clients through proposals, workshops, and commercial discussions, with a proactive, hands-on approach to shaping and closing deals

Interpersonal skills

Proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders in client and partner organizations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.

Able to communicate clearly

Well-established network within the local market.

Able to navigate large organisations
